I have been working with Brandon for a couple of years now. He always keeps it interesting because no two workouts are the same. He pushes you but is flexible enough to modify any exercise you may struggle with. I would highly recommend using him as a personal trainer.

His patience and encouragement has given me strength, persistence and motivation. Within the first six months of training with Brandon, I was back to my pre-injury self only better than ever before. I have been training with Brandon twice a week for the past 5 years. He has managed to keep every training session different and challenging! I’m in my 60s and my goals are to just to maintain my muscle mass and balance and keep my weight under control. He is a great encourager and I have been able to meet those goals. My husband and I work out with Brandon now – he always shows up on time and is eager to put us thru our work out. He is good about working around any injuries we might be experiencing. I’ve been training for 25 years and Brandon is by far the best fitness coach I’ve ever had!

I have been training with Brandon for about 2 years and he has helped me to stay active and fit. I have a hectic work schedule and he is very accommodating, coming to my home fully prepared with equipment and a plan. Almost never the same exercises and always conscious of injuries or sore areas, he differs from other trainers I have worked with that have an agenda.

I highly recommend him – just tell him what you want to accomplish and he will focus on it (e.g. for me it was not to lose weight, it was to build core strength).

I started working with Brandon in 2014 would highly recommend him as a personal trainer. He will assess your fitness goals, test your current stage of fitness and develop an achievable fitness plan to meet your goals. Workouts are scaled to progression with diversity incorporated for stamina, strength, flexibility addressing all aspects of fitness. After leaving Austin in 2016, I had personal trainers at the “Big Box Fitness Centers” where I experienced the rotating trainer scenario who only lasted a few months or so and constant restarts. Brandon is ex-military and has the discipline, maturity, and dependability I look for. I still train with him remotely from another State.

My Husband and I have known Brandon since 2014. We moved to Austin from calif and my husband had just retired. Brandon worked my husband hard to get 30 pounds off of him. My husbands cardiologist said after 6 months of training what happened to you, your bloodwork is perfect and you look great. Brandon had me flipping tires at 67 and pushing the sled. I was in great shape with the instruction and hard work from Brandon. Unfortunately we had to move to Denver Colorado and did not train with him. When we had to move back to Calif Brandon started training us again. My husband and I are very happy with our sessions. Brandon helped me get ready for my TKR surgery and helped me afterwards. I appreciate his dedication and compassion. LOL if he has beat my legs up I complain in the next session he takes everything into consideration. I look forward to my sessions each week. I think I might be his oldest lady client but no one would know. With Brandon being ex military I know he has the dedication and experience folks need to get into shape. You can’t go wrong with Brandon.
